Traditional vehicle servicing processes are often cumbersome and inefficient. Vehicle owners typically have to make multiple calls, compare inconsistent quotes, and navigate unclear scheduling. Meanwhile, service providers struggle with managing bookings, responding to inquiries, and handling payments effectively. The result? Multi-Quote Requests
Users can send service inquiries to up to four providers simultaneously, eliminating the need for multiple phone calls and manual searches. This feature empowers users to compare offers effortlessly.

Quote Comparison & Acceptance
Once providers submit their quotes, users can review key details—including price, availability, and service specifics—all in one place. Accepting a quote is as simple as tapping a button, ensuring a transparent and efficient decision-making process.

 

Secure Booking & Payment
Motorfy integrates booking confirmation and payment processing within the app. This guarantees that appointments are secured and payments are processed smoothly, providing assurance for both users and providers.

In-App Messaging
A built-in chat feature allows real-time communication between users and providers. Whether it’s clarifying details, negotiating services, or sharing images of vehicle issues, this function keeps everything organised in one place.

Provider Admin Portal
To help service providers manage their business effectively, we developed a robust admin portal with tools for:

  • Quote Management: Providers can receive requests and respond with customised quotes.
  • Booking Overview: A centralised calendar prevents scheduling conflicts.
  • Payment & Earnings Tracking: Providers can easily monitor transactions and upcoming payments.
  • Direct Customer Communication: Quick responses to inquiries enhance the overall service experience.

Real-Time Notifications
Instant alerts ensure that users and providers never miss an update. Users are notified when new quotes arrive, or messages are received. At the same time, providers get immediate alerts about new requests and confirmed bookings.
